Caring for sick and injured children is challenging for so many reasons, and looking at areas where we can improve can feel very scary. This is normal. It is vitally important to remember that to improve pediatric readiness at your hospital, passion for improving the care we provide is the most important thing you can bring to this work. You do not need to be an expert to make drastic improvements.
